🔥 What is the DRVN30?
It’s a free discipline challenge that’s designed to help you build healthy habits and develop grit, discipline, and motivation.
You’ll have to accomplish 6 habits everyday for 30 consecutive days.
If you miss one day, you have to start over.
🔥 What are the Habits?
Do some sort of physical exercise for at least 30 minutes each day.
This can be weightlifting, cardio, yoga, stretching, walking, etc.
Practice mindfulness for 15 minutes every day.
This could be visualization, meditation, etc.
Take 10 minutes every day to reflect through journaling.
We'll have some prompts to help you with this.
Eat a clean and whole foods diet each day.
It's your choice which type of food.
No junk food or alcohol allowed!
Limit your consumption of social media & entertainment during the first and last hour of the day.
A maximum of 2 hours per day.
Daily check-in with an accountability partner, or post daily on social media with your progress.

How much does it cost?
The challenge is completely free! Join the challenge and get the free resources. Our goal is to help people accomplish their goals.
When does it start?
Start as soon as you see this! You just need to do it for 30 consecutive days.
What happens if I miss a day or a habit during the challenge?
If you miss a single habit throughout the challenge, you'll have to start over your 30 days! The goal is to build discipline by accomplishing every single habit each day. There are no excuses.
What if I can’t find an accountability partner?
No worries. You can also post a picture or story on social media with the hashtag #DRVN30 and saying what day of the challenge you're on.
You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting the DRVN30 or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs. Do not start DRVN 30 if your physician or health care provider advises against it.
