Creating the Group
- Find 3-4 people who are doing the 90-Day SPRINT or get your friends to join the challenge
- Share your goals and milestones with each other for ultimate transparency
- Schedule weekly meetings for the same time every week
- Optional but effective: Pledge something towards your goal, milestones or daily habits to incentivize success.
- Example: If I don’t do xyz by December 31st 2023, I will pay $500 to my accountability partner/a cause I hate.
Running the Meetings
- During the meetings, each person should share an update on:
- Wins and things to be proud of
- Check-in with daily habits
- Update on the milestones or brainstorm the next one
